Abstract (en)
The screw fastening is intended for producing sheet-metal products of different types, e.g. for attaching a lid 2 onto the outer surface 5 of a sheet-metal container 1 with a plastic inner container 3 of a pallet container. The lid 2 has through-bores 14 in the vertically upright edge 7 and in the bottom 6, and the sheet-metal screws 4 are screwed into attachment straps 12 which are shaped out of the triple fold edge 9 of the sheet-metal outer surface 5 by means of cutting impression tools and extend inwards through the bores 14 in the vertical lid edge 7. The screw heads 13 are countersunk in correspondingly countersunk screw holes 17 of the upper limb 16 of support brackets 15 with a Z-shaped cross-sectional profile, which support brackets are fitted onto the lid 2 over the attachment straps 12 shaped out of the triple fold edge 9 of the sheet-metal outer surface 5, rest with the upper limb 16 on the upper lid edge 8 and a lower limb 18 on the lid base 6, and serve for transmitting the screwing force onto the lid 2. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Schraubenverbindung ist zur Herstellung von Blecherzeugnissen unterschiedlicher Art, z.B. zur Befestigung eines Deckels 2 auf dem Mantel 5 eines Blechbehälters 1 mit einem Kunststoff-Innenbehälter 3 eines Palettenbehälters bestimmt. Der Deckel 2 weist durchgehende Öffnungen 14 in dem senkrecht hochstehenden Rand 7 und im Boden 6 auf, und die Blechschrauben 4 sind in Befestigungslaschen 12 eingeschraubt, die aus dem Dreifach-Falzrand 9 des Blechmantels 5 mittels Schnittprägewerkzeugen ausgeformt sind und sich durch die Öffnungen 14 im senkrechten Deckelrand 7 nach innen erstrecken. Die Schraubenköpfe 13 sind in entsprechend angesenkte Schraubenlöcher 17 des oberen Schenkels 16 von Stützkonsolen 15 mit einem Z-förmigen Querschnittsprofil versenkt, die über die aus dem Dreifach-Falzrand 9 des Blechmantels 5 ausgeformten Befestigungslaschen 12 auf den Deckel 2 aufgesetzt sind, mit dem oberen Schenkel 16 auf dem oberen Deckelrand 8 und einem unteren Schenkel 18 auf dem Deckelboden 6 aufliegen und zur Übertragung der Schraubenkraft auf den Deckel 2 dienen. <IMAGE>
