Abstract (en)
The present invention relates to a container (1) for receiving articles, consisting of a bottom part (2) and a lid part (4). The bottom part (2) has a bottom (6) and edge walls (8) which bound a receiving compartment (9) and extend upwards starting from the bottom (6) and diverging obliquely outwards at an obtuse angle alpha > 90 DEG relative to the bottom (6). With their upper edges (12) they bound an upper container opening, the lid part (4) covering the receiving compartment (9) at the top with a lid wall (10) in a closure position. The lid part (4) can be retained on the bottom part (2) in the closure position in a non-positive manner and/or via at least one snap-on positive-locking or non-positive connection (20) in such a way that the lid wall (10) is arranged in the closure position in a plane between the upper edges (12) of the edge walls (8) and the bottom (6). By this means, at least part of the edge walls (8) forms edge webs (18) which project upwards beyond the lid wall (10) in some regions and prevent a plurality of stacked containers from slipping. <IMAGE>

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Behälter (1) zur Aufnahme von Waren, bestehend aus einem Unterteil (2) und einem Deckelteil (4). Das Unterteil (2) weist einen Boden (6) sowie Randwandungen (8) auf, die einen Aufnahmeraum (9) begrenzen und sich ausgehend vom Boden (6) nach oben und in einem stumpfen Winkel α > 90° zum Boden (6) schräg nach außen divergierend erstrecken. Mit ihren oberen Rändern (12) begrenzen sie eine obere Behälteröffnung, wobei das Deckelteil (4) mit einer Deckelwandung (10) in einer Verschlußlage den Aufnahmeraum (9) nach oben abdeckt. Das Deckelteil (4) ist in der Verschlußlage kraftschlüssig und/oder über mindestens eine schnappbare Form- oder Kraftformschlußverbindung (20) derart an dem Unterteil (2) arretierbar, daß die Deckelwandung (10) in der Verschlußlage in einer Ebene zwischen den oberen Rändern (12) der Randwandungen (8) und dem Boden (6) angeordnet ist. Zumindest ein Teil der Randwandungen (8) bildet hierdurch bereichsweise über die Deckelwandung (10) hinaus nach oben ragende Randstege (18), die ein Verrutschen mehrerer gestapelter Behälter verhindern. <IMAGE>
