[origin: EP0549381A1] The invention relates to current mirrors in which a high reproduction error may stem from the collapse in gain of the transistors. <??>The mirror comprises, in its output branch (Io) a so-called "Darlington" amplifier (10+11), with a feedback loop constituted by a buffered mirror (2 to 6). The error cancels out for a gain ss = 1. A second Darlington (12+13) mounted symmetrically with the first makes it possible to balance the VCE of the transistors (2,5). <??>Application to current mirrors when the transistors have a low gain ( SIMILAR 1). <IMAGE>
