[origin: WO9301920A1] The invention calls for the web of fabric (4) to include a hollow marker zone (12) running along the line to be cut (10). The cutting device (16) used is fitted with a sensing plate (14) which is inserted in the hollow zone (12) and guides a cutting tool (18) along the hollow zone (12) and hence along the line bo be cut (10). This makes it possible to cut the web of fabric with precision to the required dimensions.

Un dispositif de découpe (16) est équipé d'une langue de palpage (14) qui pénètre dans la zone de marquage creuse (12) et guide un outil de coupe (18) le long de ladite zone de marquage (12) et donc le long de la ligne de coupe (10). On peut ainsi découper aux dimensions exactes une bande de textile.
