The invention relates to a valve for fire extinguishing substances with a flow duct passing through it in a straight line for the delivery medium and with a line for the fire extinguishing substance, which is connected to the flow duct via a movable valve element. In order to guarantee a smooth, gap-free passage, a part of the wall of the flow duct itself is used as the valve element, this part of the wall being connected elastically at one end to the adjoining flow duct so that it can be displaced in the longitudinal direction of the flow duct and, at the other end, can be raised from the adjoining part of the flow duct to form a gap leading to the line for the fire extinguishing substance. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Löschmittelventil mit einem geradlinig durchlaufenden Strömungskanal für das Fördermedium und einer Löschmittelleitung, die über einen beweglichen Ventilkörper mit dem Strömungskanal in Verbindung steht. Zur Gewährleistung eines glatten, spaltfreien Durchganges wird ein Wandstück des Strömungskanales selbst als Ventilkörper verwendet, indem dieses Wandstück an seinem einen Ende elastisch mit dem anschließenden Strömungskanal verbunden ist, so daß es in Längsrichtung des Strömungskanales verschiebbar ist und am anderen Ende vom anschließenden Strömungskanal zur Bildung eines Spaltes zur Löschmittelleitung abhebbar ist. <IMAGE>
