Abstract (en)
In a spray head for a spray container for dispensing foam, the spray container having a manually actuable delivery valve in an outlet channel (6) of the spray head, and the spray head having a closure element (3a) which closes the outlet channel (6) automatically downstream of the delivery valve, the opening and closing of the closure element (3a) is delayed in each case relative to the opening and closing of the delivery valve, and the closure element (3a) allows gases, but not liquids, to escape in its closed position. In this way, the closure element not only has a shut-off function relative to a residual product contained in the outlet channel, but it also acts simultaneously as a foam outlet brake which solidifies the foam. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Bei einem Sprühkopf für einen Sprühbehälter zur Ausgabe von Schaum, wobei der Sprühbehälter ein manuell betätigbares Ausgabeventil in einem Austrittskanal (6) des Sprühkopfes und der Sprühkopf ein den Austrittskanal (6) selbsttätig schließendes Verschlußelement (3a) stromunterhalb des Ausgabeventils aufweist, ist das Öffnen und Schließen des Verschlußelements (3a) jeweils gegenüber dem Öffnen und Schließen des Ausgabeventils verzögert, und das Verschlußelement (3a) läßt in seiner Schließlage Gase, aber keine Flüssigkeiten austreten. Auf diese Weise hat das Verschlußelement nicht nur Absperrfunktion bezüglich eines im Austrittskanal enthaltenen Produktrests, sondern es wirkt gleichzeitig auch als eine den Schaum verfestigende Schaumaustrittsbremse. <IMAGE>
