Cooking apparatus comprising a cooking plane (30) and at least one burner (20) comprising a Venturi tube, which is in particular vertical or horizontal or annular, an injector for gas for driving primary combustion air (50) into the Venturi tube, a head (22) and a body (21) forming the principal support of this head, the burner (20) being with primary air supply (50) via the underside of the cooking plane, while the intake of primary air is carried out via the top of the cooking plane via at least one suction hole (11), characterised in that the burner (20) comprises moreover an auxiliary support (10), via which the burner (20) is connected to the cooking plane (30), by means of its main support (21) and in that said at least one hole (11) for suction of the primary combustion air (50) driven into the Venturi tube of the burner (20) by the gas injector is formed in the auxiliary support (10) which is thus perforated. The perforated support (10) for suction of primary air (50) may preferably comprise a plurality of suction holes (11) arranged all around the burner (20), thus defining a crown of suction holes. Appareil de cuisson comportant un plan de cuisson (30) et au moins un brûleur (20) comprenant un venturi, notamment vertical ou horizontal ou annulaire, notamment vertical ou horizontal ou annulaire, un injecteur à gaz d'entraînement d'air primaire de combustion (50) dans le venturi, une tête (22) et un corps (21) faisant support principal de cette tête, le brûleur (20) étant à arrivée d'air primaire (50) par le dessous du plan de cuisson, alors que la prise d'air primaire se fait par le dessus du plan de cuisson par au moins un trou d'aspiration (11), caractérisé en ce que le brûleur (20) comprend, en outre, un support auxiliaire (10), par lequel le brûleur (20) est relié au plan de cuisson (30), par l'intermédiaire de son support principal (21), et en ce que ledit au moins un trou d'aspiration (11) de l'air primaire de combustion (50) entraîné dans le venturi du brûleur (20) par l'injecteur à gaz est ménagé dans le support auxiliaire (10), qui est ainsi perforé. Le support perforé (10) d'aspiration d'air primaire (50) peut comporter de préférence une pluralité de trous d'aspiration (11) agencés tout autour du brûleur (20), définissant ainsi une couronne de trous d'aspiration.
