According to the invention, the rotary valve is comprised of at least one fluid flow channel having an inlet (122) and an outlet (121), the inlet (122) belonging to the side wall of the valve and being positioned at a distance, which is not zero, from the rotation axis of the rotary valve, and the outlet (121) belonging to the cylindrical surface of the valve and being radially offset with respect to the inlet (122).

L'invention concerne un boisseau rotatif de transfert d'un fluide entre une source de fluide et une chambre de combustion d'un moteur à combustion interne, comportant au moins une surface sensiblement cylindrique et un flanc latéral. Selon l'invention, le boisseau comporte au moins un canal d'écoulement dudit fluide ayant un orifice d'entrée (122) et un orifice de sortie (121), l'orifice d'entrée (122) appartient à ladite surface latérale du boisseau et est placé à une distance non nulle de l'axe de rotation du boisseau et l'orifice de sortie (121) appartient à la surface cylindrique dudit boisseau et est déporté radialement par rapport à l'orifice d'entrée (122).
