Abstract (en)
A car unit, in particular for goods transport, consists of at least two car elements (1, 1') which are continuously connected to one another using buffers (2) and draw gear (3). A connecting linkage (4) which contains a plurality of joints (4a) with horizontal axis of rotation is coupled to the draw gear (3), by means of which connecting linkage (4) the car elements (1, 1') can be coupled to one another without play in the drawing direction and preferably with a slight pretensioning of the buffers (2). The connecting linkage (4) has inside at least one of its joints (4a) an elongate hole (4b) which is open in the pushing direction and is inclined at an angle with respect to the horizontal plane running through the centre of the associated coupling bolt (4c) in such a way that the connecting linkage (4) forcibly bends out downwards when buffer impacts occur. As a result, the connecting linkage (4) and the draw gear (3) are reliably protected against overloading. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Eine Wageneinheit, insbesondere für den Gütertransport, besteht aus wenigstens zwei unter Einsatz von Puffern (2) und Zugeinrichtungen (3) ständig miteinander verbundenen Wagenelementen (1, 1'). An den Zugeinrichtungen (3) ist ein mehrere Gelenke (4a) mit horizontaler Drehachse enthaltendes Verbindungsgestänge (4) angelenkt, durch das die Wagenelemente (1, 1') in Zugrichtung spielfrei und vorzugsweise unter einer geringen Vorspannung der Puffer (2) miteinander kuppelbar sind. Das Verbindungsgestänge (4) weist innerhalb zumindest eines seiner Gelenke (4a) ein in Druckrichtung offenes Langloch (4b) auf, das unter einem Winkel zu der durch die Mitte des zugehörigen Kuppelbolzens (4c) verlaufenden Horizontalebene derart geneigt ist, daß das Verbindungsgestänge (4) bei auftretenden Pufferstößen zwangsläufig nach unten ausknickt. Dadurch werden das Verbindungsgestänge (4) und die Zugeinrichtungen (3) vor Überbeanspruchungen sicher geschützt. <IMAGE>
