The subject matter of the invention is a tool for applying liquid materials, such as paints, varnish, pastes, glues or the like onto wall, ceiling or floor surfaces, or onto other essentially level surfaces, having a handle part (2) and a working part (3). In order to devise a tool of this generic type for applying liquid materials, which tool can also be used for painting activities other than applying liquid materials, such as stirring paints or varnishes and can be presented in a simple fashion without expensive packages, it is proposed that an essentially rod-shaped apparatus (7) be rotatably arranged on the handle part (2), preferably so that it can be released from the handle part, said apparatus having an opening (9) at one end and a stirring tool (10) at its other end.

Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Werkzeug zum Auftragen von flüssigen Werkstoffen, wie Farben, Lacke, Kleister, Kleber oder dgl. auf Wand-, Decken- oder Bodenflächen bzw. auf andere im wesentlichen ebene Flächen mit einem Griffteil (2) und einem Arbeitsteil (3). Um ein gattungsgemäßes Werkzeug zum Auftragen von flüssigen Werkstoffen zu schaffen, welches außer zum Auftragen der flüssigen Werkstoffe auch zu anderen Tätigkeiten des Malerhandwerkes, wie beispielsweise zum Rühren von Farben oder Lacken verwendbar und in einfacher Weise ohne aufwendige Verpackungen präsentierbar ist, wird vorgeschlagen, daß an dem Griffteil (2) eine im wesentlichen stabförmige Vorrichtung (7) drehbar und vorzugsweise vom Griffteil lösbar angeordnet ist, die an ihrem einen Ende eine Durchbrechung (9) und an ihrem andere Ende ein Rührwerkzeug (10) aufweist.
