[origin: EP0551914A2] The invention relates to a device for fitting at least one heating device (12) (which projects into a container for holding a fluid that is to be heated) in an opening in the container wall. The device (10) comprises a flanged plate (14) which holds the heating device (12), closes the opening in the container wall when the heating device (12) is in the installed state and has at least one perforation (14a, 14b) for accessibility from the exterior to at least one connecting end (12a, 12b) of the heating device (12) as well as at least one further perforation for at least one attachment device (16), which is accessible from the exterior, for fitting the flanged plate (14) to the container. It is furthermore provided that the attachment device (15) comprises at least one element (16) which passes through the flange plate (14) and has a cavity (16a) for accommodating at least one part of a sensor and/or control device. <IMAGE>
