An eccentric press or eccentric punch having at least one connecting rod which is mounted on an eccentric bush which is seated on an eccentric shaft has a stroke-adjusting device, by means of which the stroke of the connecting rod can be modified, and a mass balancing device. The mass balancing device has at least one slide rod (10) which is mounted on an eccentric bush (12) which is arranged on the eccentric shaft (3). A balancing mass (3) is arranged on the free end of the slide rod (10). When the working stroke is adjusted, the stroke of the slide rod (10) is modified in such a way that the longitudinally aligned main axis of inertia coincides with the axis of rotation of the eccentric shaft (3). <IMAGE>

Eine Exzenterpresse oder -Stanze mit wenigstens einem Pleuel, der auf einer Exzenterbuchse gelagert ist, die auf einer Exzenterwelle sitzt, hat eine Hubverstelleinrichtung mittels derer der Hub des Pleuels veränderbar ist, sowie eine Massenausgleichseinrichtung. Die Massenausgleichseinrichtung weist wenigstens eine Schubstange (10) auf, die auf einer Exzenterbuchse (12) gelagert ist, die auf der Exzenterwelle (3) angeordnet ist. An dem freien Ende der Schubstange (10) ist eine Ausgleichsmasse (13) angeordnet. Bei einer Arbeitshubverstellung wird der Hub der Schubstange (10) derart verändert, dass die längsgerichtete Hauptträgheitsachse mit der Drehachse der Exzenterwelle (3) zusammenfällt. <IMAGE>
