Abstract (en)
A composition comprising: (A) about 0.1 to about 20 percent by volume of a surfactant that is miscible with water and compatible with a chlorinated bleach solution; (B) about 0.1 to about 8 percent by volume of one or more alcohols selected from the group consisting of a primary, secondary and tertiary alcohol which is compatible with a concentrated chlorinated bleach solution; (C) about 0.025 to about 0.35 percent by volume of a 100 percent chlorinated bleach sclution optionally with a caustic override; and (D) the balance being water. The composition is useful as a cleaning composition for various outdoor surfaces including wood, composition for various outdoor surfaces including wood, vinyl, fiberglass, ceramic tile, concrete, brick, canvas, stone, and plastics. The composition is especially effective for cleaning wood surfaces.
