Abstract (en)
The present invention relates to a bottle closure device comprising a cap (2) and an annular seal (3) fixed onto the said cap (2) by crimping one of its radial edges (8) by means of an annular wall (6) formed on the said cap (2), the said seal (3) being adapted to interact with the upper wall (10) of the neck (11) of a bottle equipped with the said device. This device is characterised in that it furthermore comprises complementary retention means (13, 14), intended to prevent release of the said edge (8) of the seal from the said cap (2). <IMAGE>

La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'obturation de flacon comportant une capsule (2) et un joint d'étanchéité (3) annulaire fixé sur ladite capsule (2) par sertissage de l'un de ses bords radiaux (8) au moyen d'une paroi annulaire (6) formée sur ladite capsule (2), ledit joint (3) étant adapté pour coopérer avec la paroi supérieure (10) du goulot (11) d'un flacon équipé dudit dispositif. Ce dispositif est caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte de plus des moyens complémentaires de retenue (13, 14) destinés à empêcher un échappement dudit bord de joint (8) par rapport à ladite capsule (2). <IMAGE>
