[origin: WO9204128A1] The invention concerns a hand-operated spray gun (1) with a pump chamber (4) with an inlet (7) and outlet (8) valve. The spray gun also has a spring-biased piston (6) which operates in conjunction with the pump cylinder (5), a trigger-like actuation handle (2) and a pre-compression chamber (20) which is located upstream of and linked to the pump cylinder (5) and into which a suction tube (22) opens out. In order to give a simple, practical design, the invention proposes that the pump piston (6), the pump cylinder (5) and the pre-compression chamber (20) are disposed along the same longitudinal axis as the spray-gun nozzle (13) and housed in the spray gun head, the piston (6) being held in the rigidly mounted nozzle (13), the suction tube (22) opening out approximately at right angles into the pre-compression chamber (20) and the spring (35) acting directly on the trigger (10).

Afin d'obtenir un pistolet simple et facile à utiliser, le piston (6), le cylindre (5) et la préchambre (20) sont agencés dans une extension axiale de l'ajutage de sortie (13) et sont montés dans la tête de la pompe, le piston (6) étant retenu dans l'ajutage fixe de sortie (13), le tube d'aspiration (22) s'ouvrant à peu près perpendiculairement dans la préchambre (20) et le ressort (35) agissant directement sur le levier manuel (10).
