Orthopaedic shoe with a flat bottom (underlay) (2) and a plantar sole (3) equipped with a silicone insert element (1), fixed between the bottom (underlay) (2) and the plantar sole (3), which extends from the heel (7) towards the toe of the shoe up to the end of the sole of the foot, this insert element, in correspondence with the heel (7), consisting of a sector (8) embedded in the heel and with the plane upper base, in which sector is provided an annular cavity (4) which is open towards the top in order to delimit a flexible inner body (5) for supporting the calcaneum (calcaneus, heel bone) (9) and, in correspondence with the central part of the bottom (underlay), consisting of two longitudinal reliefs (6, 60) placed, respectively, along the inner and outer sides of the shoe for supporting the sole of the foot. <IMAGE>

Chaussure orthopédique avec un fond plat (2) et une semelle plantaire (3) munie d'un élément intercalaire (1) en silicone, fixé entre le fond (2) et la semelle plantaire (3), lequel s'étend à partir du talon (7) vers la pointe de la chaussure jusqu'à la fin de la plante du pied, cet élément intercalaire, en correspondance du talon (7), étant constitué par un secteur (8) encastré dans le talon et avec la base supérieure plane, dans lequel est prévue une cavitée annulaire (4) ouverte vers le haut pour délimiter un corps interne (5) souple pour le soutien du calcanéum (9) et, en correspondance de la partie médiane du fond, étant constitué par deux reliefs longitudinaux (6,60) placés respectivement le long des côtés interne et externe de la chaussure pour le soutien de la plante du pied. <IMAGE>
