Hinge cup, consisting of an anchoring part (34) insertable into a door and of a cup part (3) which is held on the anchoring part (4) and which carries at least one hinge pin. The anchoring part (4) is provided with two clamping jaws (7, 8). The cup part (3) is inseparably mounted in the anchoring part (4) so as to be rotatable about the axis of the mounting bore. It carries two spreading parts (21) which press the clamping jaws (7, 8) of the anchoring part (4) against the wall of the mounting bore. The anchoring part (4) is provided with a plate (15) which projects in the mounting plane and which has positioning studs (9, 10). Between the cup part (3) and the anchoring part (4) is provided at least one retaining device which fixes the position of the cup part (3) in the clamping position. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Scharniertopf, bestehend aus einem in eine Türe einsetzbaren Verankerungsteil (4) und einem daran gehaltenen Topfteil (3), der mindestens eine Scharnierachse trägt. Der Verankerungsteil (4) ist mit zwei Klemmbacken (7, 8) versehen. Der Topfteil (3) ist im Verankerungsteil (4) untrennbar und um die Achse der Montagebohrung drehbar gelagert. Er trägt zwei Spreizteile (21), die die Klemmbacken (7, 8) des Verankerungsteiles (4) an die Wandung der Montagebohrung drücken. Der Verankerungsteil (4) ist mit einer in der Montageebene vorspringenden Platte (15) versehen, die Positionierungszapfen (9, 10) aufweist. Zwischen dem Topfteil (3) und dem Verankerungsteil (4) ist mindestens eine Arretierung vorgesehen, die die Lage des Topfteiles (3) in der Spannstellung festlegt. <IMAGE>
