A device for applying liquids, for example a writing device, has a housing in which a reservoir (13) for the liquid is formed. Arranged in an opening of the housing is a bundle of bristles (12, 17) with which liquid from the reservoir can be applied to a surface. In order to be able to supply the bundle of bristles (12, 17) with a suitable amount of a liquid in a constructionally simple manner, a wick body (13) is arranged in the housing directly upstream of the bundle of bristles. The wick body (13) transfers the liquid to the bundle of bristles, the latter being at least partially inserted in the wick body (13). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Eine Vorrichtung zum Aufbringen von Flüssigkeiten, beispielsweise eine Schreibvorrichtung, weist ein Gehäuse auf, in dem ein Speicher (13) für die Flüssigkeit gebildet ist. In einer Öffnung des Gehäuses ist ein Borstenbündel (12,17) angeordnet, mit dem Flüssigkeit aus dem Speicher auf eine Fläche auftragbar ist. Um dem Borstenbündel (12,17) in konstruktiv einfacher Weise eine geeignete Flüssigkeitsmenge zuführen zu können, ist in dem Gehäuse unmittelbar stromauf des Borstenbündels ein Dochtkörper (13) angeordnet. Der Dochtkörper (13) übergibt die Flüssigkeit an das Borstenbündel, wobei dieses zumindest teilweise in dem Dochtkörper (13) eingesetzt ist. <IMAGE> <IMAGE>
