Abstract (en)

The invention relates to a process and a device for regulating a drafting unit in the textile industry, in which the draft of the fibre sliver can be varied in a controlled and/or regulated manner. The object of the invention is to correct measuring errors relating to the regulation on a drafting unit, so that the draft of the fibre sliver can be further optimised. For this purpose, a fuzzy control is integrated into the regulating system, so that measurement signals from the measuring element which contain errors can be corrected, even before further processing, on-line in the regulating system. <IMAGE>

Abstract (de)

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Regulierung eines Streckwerkes der Textilindustrie, in welchem der Verzug des Faserbandes gesteuert und/oder geregelt veränderbar ist. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, Meßfehler gegenüber der Regulierung an einem Streckwerk zu korrigieren, so daß der Verzug des Faserbandes weiter optimiert werden kann. Dazu wird eine Fuzzy-Control in das Reguliersystem integriert, so daß fehlerbehaftete Meßsignale vom Meßglied noch vor Weiterverarbeitung im Reguliersystem on-line korrigierbar sind. <IMAGE>
