[origin: US5328044A] A container closure having an originality ring which can be attached to a container with little force and easily removed, while making certain that the originality ring either detaches completely from the closure cap or is at least damaged visibly. The retaining elements comprise a rocker having first and second legs connected to the originality ring via an elastic web. The first leg points obliquely inward and the second leg points outward.
