Abstract (en)
2.1 In the known compound profiles, the profile rails (10, 11) are interconnected by webs which pass through the insulating layer and are welded to the inner walls of the profile rails. As the profile rails and the metal webs are provided with a surface-protection coating (zinc coating), the quality of the welding is impaired. The aim of the invention is to render the welding of the metal webs to the profile rails and also the use of other fastening means superfluous. 2.2 To achieve this aim, the webs are designed in one piece with the profile rails (10, 11) or with profile rail parts which partially delimit the hollow chambers (12, 13). 2.3 The compound profile is used in the construction industry. <IMAGE>

2.1 Bei den bekannten Verbundprofilen sind die Profilschienen (10,11) durch Stege miteinander verbunden, die die Isolierschicht durchsetzen und mit den Innenwandungen der Profilschienen verschweißt sind. Da die Profilschienen und die Metallstege mit einer Oberflächenschutzschicht (Zinkschicht) versehen sind, wird die Güte der Verschweißung beeinträchtigt. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, die Verschweißung der Metallstege mit den Profilschienen und auch die Verwendung anderer Befestigungsmittel entbehrlich zu machen. 2.2 Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe werden die Stege mit den Profilschienen (10, 11) oder mit die Hohlkammern (12,13) teilweise begrenzten Profilschienenteilen einstückig ausgebildet. 2.3 Das Verbundprofil wird in der Bauindustrie eingesetzt. <IMAGE>
