In the case of a tube (1) with a screw cap having a tear-off membrane (6) connected to the tube opening, the tear-off membrane (6) having at least one tear tab (7) for peeling off the membrane (6) from the tube opening, the tube neck bearing the outer thread (2) for the screw cap has at least one recess or groove (9) extending in the axial direction and, as a result, the tear tab can be arranged in the region of the tube neck in a protected manner with the cap screwed on (Fig 1). <IMAGE>

Bei einer Tube (1) mit Schraubverschluß mit einer mit der Tubenöffnung verbundenen Abreißmembran (6), bei welcher die Abreißmembran (6) wenigstens eine Abreißlasche (7) zum Abziehen der Membran (6) von der Tubenöffnung aufweist, weist der das Außengewinde (2) für den Schraubverschluß tragende Tubenhals wenigstens eine sich in axialer Richtung erstreckende Ausnehmung bzw. Nut (9) auf, so daß die Abreißlasche geschützt im Bereich des Tubenhalses bei aufgeschraubter Kappe angeordnet werden kann (Fig.1). <IMAGE>
