This invention relates to a screening device having a screening cartridge (10) which is composed of a cartridge frame (11) and a flexible web which is clamped in the frame (11) and is made of filter material (2). In order to produce a screening device in which both the screening cartridges as a whole and the filter fabric and/or the webs made of filter material on their own can be exchanged very quickly and easily, it is proposed according to the invention that the frame have a groove (12) which extends parallel to its periphery, the web made of filter material being inserted in the groove and being held in the groove (12) by means of a cord (8) which has been inserted additionally and is made of an elastic rubber material. <IMAGE>

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Siebeinrichtung mit einer Siebkassette (10), welche aus einem Kassettenrahmen (11) und einer in den Rahmen (11) eingespannten, flexiblen Bahn aus Filtermaterial (2) besteht. Um eine Siebeinrichtung zu schaffen, bei der sowohl die Siebkassetten als Ganzes als auch das Filtertuch bzw. die Bahnen aus Filtermaterial allein sehr schnell und einfach auswechselbar sind, wird erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagen, daß der Rahmen eine parallel zu seinem Umfang verlaufende Nut (12) aufweist, wobei die Bahn aus Filtermaterial in die Nut eingelegt ist und durch eine zusätzlich eingelegte Schnur (8) aus einem gummielastischen Material in der Nut (12) gehalten wird. <IMAGE>
