Abstract (en)
In a fixed bed zone, a fluidised zone and a pneumatic stream zone, particulate, fluidisable, dusty, liquid, pasty or gaseous, combustible or incombustible materials are subjected to a gasification and/or melting. The coarse-grained solids are fed from the fixed bed zone and the fluidised zone ascending to the pneumatic stream zone, from which the non-gasifiable solid is withdrawn in a molten state. The gas generated by gasification in the fixed bed zone is conducted in a rising or descending manner through this zone and fed to the fluidised zone. The gases generated by gasification in the pneumatic stream zone and the fluidised zone are conducted in a rising manner and all gases generated by gasification are discharged from the fluidised zone. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
In einer Festbettzone, einer Wirbelzone und einer Flugstromzone werden stückige, fluidisierbare, staubförmige, flüssige, pastöse oder gasförmige, brennbare oder nicht brennbare Materialien einer Vergasung und/oder Einschmelzung unterworfen. Dabei werden die grobkörnigen Feststoffe aus der Festbettzone und der Wirbelzone absteigend der Flugstromzone zugeführt, aus der der nicht vergasbare Feststoff schmelzflüssig abgezogen wird. Das durch Vergasung in der Festbettzone erzeugte Gas wird auf- oder absteigend durch diese Zone geführt und der Wirbelzone zugeführt. Die durch Vergasung in der Flugstromzone und der Wirbelzone erzeugten Gase werden aufsteigend geführt, und alle durch Vergasung erzeugten Gase werden aus der Wirbelzone abgeführt. <IMAGE>
