The offset printing plate 1 covers a plate cylinder in a sleeve form at the working position in a friction-connection manner and in an attachable and detachable way, and has a well-arranged outer surface without a cylinder groove. A register device is provided at least on one end face 3 or 5 for the purpose to ensure circumferential and lateral register.
