Abstract (en)

A transport container (1) for loose bulk material tapers at the bottom and interacts with a conveying apparatus for the bulk material. The intention is, first, that the transport container (1) should make the use of bags superfluous and secondly that the bulk material be made capable of flowing at the working position. To this end, lower oblique walls (15, 17, 18) of the transport container (1) merge at the bottom into a base trough (20) which is open towards the interior of the container and in which a longitudinal section (26.2) of the driveshaft (26), which carries conveyor paddles (30), is rotatably mounted. The drive motor (28) and a discharge pipe (22) with a mixing device are removably arranged, as is a vibrator (54) which can be attached to the transport container. The transport container has the base area of a DIN Europallet and, at the working position, can be set upon a support frame (40) which likewise has the outline of a DIN Europallet. <IMAGE>

Abstract (de)

Ein Transportbehälter (1) für loses Schüttgut, der sich unten verjüngt und mit einer Fördervorrichtung für das Schüttgut zusammenwirkt. Durch den Transportbehälter (1) soll einerseits die Verwendung von Säcken überflüssig gemacht werden, andererseits dafür gesorgt werden, daß das Schüttgut an der Arbeitsstelle rieselfähig gemacht wird. Zu diesem Zweck gehen untere Schrägwände (15, 17, 18) des Transportbehälters (1) unten in eine gegen das Behälterinnere offene Bodenwanne (20) über, in der ein Längsabschnitt (26.2) der Antriebswelle (26), der Förderpaddel (30) trägt, drehbar gelagert ist. Der Antriebsmotor (28) und ein Ausgaberohr (22) mit einer Mischvorrichtung sind abnehmbar angeordnet, ebenso ein am Transportbehälter anbringbarer Rüttler (54). Der Transportbehälter hat die Grundfläche einer DIN-Europalette und läßt sich an der Arbeitsstelle auf einen Stützbock (40) setzen, der ebenfalls den Grundriß einer DIN-Europalette hat. <IMAGE>
