In the case of a method or an apparatus for filling bottles (11) or similar containers with a liquid material using a liquid valve (1), the container is preloaded in a preloading phase with a return gas, which contains an inert gas, from a return gas duct (27) in a first step and from a further gas duct (8) in a second step. In a subsequent filling phase, the return gas, which is displaced from the container by the material entering, is at least temporarily discharged into the return gas duct (27). To reduce consumption of the inert gas and/or to use the inert gas in optimum fashion, return gas from the further gas duct (8) is used for preloading in the second step and the return gas, which has been displaced from the container, is at least temporarily returned into this further gas duct during the filling phase. To compensate for a shortage of gas in the gas duct and to maintain a predetermined pressure in each case, inert gas is fed into the return gas duct, but also into the further gas duct which is connected to the return gas duct. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Bei einem Verfahren bzw. bei einer Vorrichtung zum Füllen von Flaschen (11) oder dergleichen Behältern mit einem flüssigen Füllgut unter Verwendung eines Flüssigkeitsventils (1) wird der Behälter in einer Vorspannphase in einem ersten Schritt mit einem Inert-Gas enthaltenden Rückgas aus einem Rückgaskanal (27) und in einem zweiten Schritt aus einem weiteren Gaskanal (8) vorgespannt. In einer zeitlich darauffolgenden Füllphase wird das von dem einlaufenden Füllgut aus dem Behälter verdrängte Rückgas zumindest zeitweise in den Rückgaskanal (27) abgeführt. Zu einer Reduzierung des Inert-Gas-Verbrauches bzw. zu einer optimalen Inert-Gas-Nutzung erfolgen in dem zweiten Schritt das Vorspannen mit Rückgas aus dem weiteren Gaskanal (8) und während der Füllphase zumindest zeitweise eine Rückführung des aus dem Behälter verdrängten Rückgases in diesen weiteren Gaskanal. Zum Ausgleich eines Gas-Defizits im Gaskanal sowie zur Aufrechterhaltung jeweils eines vorgegebenen Druckes wird in dem Rückgaskanal, aber auch in den weiteren, mit dem Rückgaskanal in Verbindung stehenden Gaskanal Inert-Gas eingeleitet.
