[origin: EP0555631A1] The invention relates to a method of making gearing parts with outwardly facing teeth from a round metal blank or an initial draw, a border being provided on the round metal blank or the initial draw having a border adjoining which, in the case of the initial draw, is an axially extending annular surface.
