Abstract (en)
The invention proposes a novel machining disc (1) for surface-roughening and surface-cleaning appliances for stone floors, hammer-like machining points (XB, YB, ZB) being formed opposite one semicircular sliding guide (3X, 3Y, 3Z) each. This shape enables an operation of a machining point to bring about a circular movement of the machining disc in the sliding guide and not as before a springing or chattering movement in accordance with a compressed-air hammer. The machining disc is preferably of three-piece design, the recess assuming a shape like a three-leaf clover, and the machining points being turned through about 20 DEG relative to the axes of symmetry (AZ, AX, AY) of the cloverleaf. This shape has proved to be especially effective. <IMAGE>

Die Erfindung schlägt eine neue Bearbeitungslamelle (1) für Flächenaufrauh- und Flächenreinigungsgeräte für Steinböden vor, wobei hammerartige Bearbeitungsstellen (XB,YB,ZB) gegenüber je einer halbkreisförmigen Gleitführung (3X,3Y,3Z) auszubilden sind. Diese Form ermöglicht, dass ein Arbeitsgang einer Bearbeitungsstelle die Bearbeitungslamelle zu einer Kreisbewegung in der Gleitführung bringt und nicht wie bisher, zu einer Spring- oder Ratterbewegung, entsprechend einem Presslufthammer. Bevorzugt wird die Bearbeitungslamelle dreiteilig ausgebildet, wobei die Ausnehmung eine Form ähnlich eines drei-blättrigen Kleeblattes annimmt und die Bearbeitungsstellen relativ zu den Symmetrieachsen (AZ,AX,AY) des Kleeblattes um circa 20° verdreht angeordnet sind. Diese Form hat sich als ganz besonders wirksam erwiesen. <IMAGE>
