[origin: EP0556448A1] The invention relates to a method for spot removal, in which a spot-removing agent is removed, at least partially in liquid form, by the use of compressed air laterally from the surface of the sheet-like textile structure to be cleaned, without penetrating through the latter. The formation of a ring is prevented by the rapid drying. The method is especially suitable for dense to impermeable sheet-like textile structures. <IMAGE>
