[origin: EP0556560A1] The earth conductor terminal (1) has at the foot of the clamping part (4) a spring (3) which is in electrical contact to an angular plate (8) which, for its part, is electrically connected to the actual clamps (9, 10) integrated in the clamping part (4). By virtue of this spring (3), the earth conductor terminal (1) can be snapped in a simple way onto a supporting rail (2), effective contact being ensured between the plate (8) and the rail (2). <IMAGE>
