The height of the longitudinal supports (42) above the foundations (30) can be adjusted by means of distance elements. At least one concrete plate (44) is supported by the longitudinal supports (42), the plinths (36) being according to the invention separate prefabricated parts which are mounted on the foundations (30) and secured against lateral displacement in relation to the foundation (30) by means of securing elements (38), the longitudinal supports (42) being positioned on the plinths (36) and having projecting anchoring elements (54) and the concrete plate (44) consisting of site-mixed concrete which surrounds the anchoring elements (54).
