Abstract (en)

[origin: EP0557243A1] In the method according to the invention, the liquid soap is conducted into a compensating container (113) and/or a metering container (117), in which there is always a defined quantity of soap and air at the beginning of the dispensing operation. The feed pipe (116) of a frother (121) protrudes into the compensating container (113) or the metering container (117). The lower end of the pipe (116) is immersed in the soap; the upper end is located in the top space. Fitted onto the pipe (116) is the frother (121) in which, when the top space is pressurised with compressed air, the soap pressed through the pipe (116) into the frother (121) is mixed with air from the top space to form foam. <IMAGE>
