A device for applying cleaning liquid to a cylinder of a rotary printing machine having a controlled supply to outlet apertures of a distributing device, from which the cleaning liquid can be sprayed onto the cylinder in a particular temporal and spatial quantity distribution. Provided upstream and downstream of the region of the spraying jet are guide elements (6.1, 6.2) which bound the region towards the outside for damming the jet. The guide elements (6.1, 6.2) are attached to the distributing device (2) and span the difference between the distributing device (2) and the outer surface of the cylinder (1), forming narrow gaps (7.1, 7.2) between the guide elements and the outer surface of the cylinder. Abstract (de)
Vorrichtung zur Aufbringung von Reinigungsflüssigkeit auf einen Zylinder einer Rotationsdruckmaschine mit einer gesteuerten Versorgung zu Austrittsöffnungen einer Verteileinrichtung, aus denen die Reinigungsflüssigkeit in bestimmter zeitlicher sowie örtlicher Mengenverteilung auf den Zylinder sprühbar ist. Vor und hinter dem Bereich des Sprühstrahls sind den Bereich nach außen begrenzende Leitelemente (6.1, 6.2) zur Strahldämmung vorgesehen. Die Leitelemente (6.1, 6.2) sind an der Verteileinrichtung (2) angesetzt und überbrücken den Abstand zwischen der Verteileinrichtung (2) und der Mantelfläche des Zylinders (1) unter Bildung von engen Spalten (7.1, 7.2) zwischen den Leitelementen und der Zylindermantelfläche. Mindestens im stromabwärtigen Spalt (7.2) befindet sich ein Strömungslabyrinth (8). <IMAGE>
