Abstract (en)
A web of material, for example the packaging of a paper roll, can be wound by introducing its leading edge into an axial slit of a winding core (5) which is mounted in a stationary anchor (8) so as to be rotatable about a winding shaft (10) and by subsequent rotation thereof to form a reel of material. In order to facilitate the removal of the reel of material, the winding core (5) has a plurality of conveyor rollers (19) which are partly mounted in U-profiles (13a) and form groups lying in a line. Conveyor belts (22a,b) run via two of these groups. The conveyor rollers (19) and conveyor belts (22a,b) form the predominant part of the support surface of the reel of material on the winding core (5). The conveyor rollers, lying nearest to the anchor (8), of the last-mentioned groups can be driven via a conveyor shaft (23), a conical gearing (24) and gearwheels (26, 27, 29) and can set the conveyor belts (22a,b) in motion in such a manner that the reel of material connected to them in a frictionally locking manner is conveyed away towards the winding shaft (10), whereas the non-driven conveyor rollers on which said reel also lies co-rotate. <IMAGE>

Eine Materialbahn, beispielsweise die Verpackung einer Papierrolle, kann durch Einführen ihrer Vorderkannte in einen axialen Schlitz eines um eine Wickelachse (10) drehbar in einer stationären Verankerung (8) gelagerten Wickelkerns (5) und anschliessendes Drehen desselben zu einem Materialwickel aufgewickelt werden. Zur Erleichterung des Entfernens des Materialwickels weist der Wickelkern (5) mehrere Förderrollen (19) auf, welche teilweise in U-Profilen (13a) montiert sind und in einer Linie liegende Gruppen bilden. Ueber zwei dieser Gruppen laufen Förderriemen (22a,b). Die Förderrollen (19) und Förderriemen (22a,b) bilden den überwiegenden Teil der Auflagefäche des Materialwickels am Wickelkern (5). Die der Verankerung (8) zunächst liegenden Förderrollen der letztgenannten Gruppen sind über eine Förderachse (23), ein Kegelgetriebe (24) und Zahnräder (26, 27, 29) antreibbar und können die Förderriemen (22a,b) derart in Bewegung setzen, dass der mit ihnen reibschlüssig verbundene Materialwickel in Richtung der Wickelachse (10) ausgefördert wird, während die nicht angetriebenen Förderrollen, auf denen derselbe ebenfalls aufliegt, mitlaufen. <IMAGE>
