Abstract (en)

In a device for longitudinally folding several paper webs of equal width in a rotary web-fed printing machine, the object is to provide a device for longitudinally folding paper webs, with which device it is possible, from a paper web (1) of maximum width, to fold two partial webs (21, 22) or three partial webs (6, 7, 8) of variable width from the paper web of maximum width. According to the invention, three formers (11, 12, 17) are arranged in two planes, the two formers adjacent in a first plane being arranged displaceably and transversely to the running direction of the paper web. The advantages consist in variability of the number of paper webs and the widths of the paper webs. <IMAGE>

Abstract (de)

Bei einer Einrichtung zum Längsfalzen mehrerer, gleichbreiter Papierbahnen in einer Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine besteht die Aufgabe darin, eine Einrichtung zum Längsfalzen von Papierbahnen zu schaffen, mit der es möglich ist, aus einer Papierbahn (1) maximaler Breite zwei Teilbahnen (21,22) oder drei Teilbahnen (6,7,8) von variabler Breite aus der Papierbahn maximaler Breite zu falzen. Erfindungsgemäß sind drei Falztrichter (11,12,17) in zwei Ebenen angeordnet, wobei die beiden in einer ersten Ebene benachbarten Falztrichter zur Laufrichtung der Papierbahn quer und verfahrbar angeordnet sind. Die Vorteile bestehen in Variabilität der Anzahl der Papierbahnen und der Papierbahnbreiten. <IMAGE>
