The invention relates to a stirrer consisting of a metal rod assembly as a mixing tool for use in a prime mover, which stirrer comprises a shank and a stirrer cage which consists of a cross web, a protective ring and two helical parts. According to the invention, the cross web (4), the helical parts (11, 12) and the protective ring (10) consist of a bent round iron rod in one piece, the protective ring (10) consisting of semicircular arcs (8, 9) with integrally moulded helical parts (11, 12), with in each case a fixed, stressable joint (weld spots 18, 19) between their roots and the protective ring (10). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Rührer aus einem Metallgestänge als Mischwerkzeug zum Einsatz in eine Antriebsmaschine mit einem Schaft und einem Rührkorb, der aus einem Quersteg, einem Schutzring und zwei Wendelteilen besteht. Erfindungsgemäß bestehen der Quersteg (4), die Wendelteile (11, 12) sowie der Schutzring (10) einstückig aus einem gebogenen Rundeisenstab, wobei der Schutzring (10) aus Halbkreisbögen (8, 9) mit angeformten Wellenteilen (11, 12) besteht, mit jeweils einer festen, belastbaren Verbindung (Schweißpunkte 18, 19), zwischen deren Fußpunkten und dem Schutzring (10). <IMAGE>
