Abstract (en)

[origin: EP0557995A1] Moulded-part carriages (22, 24) which belong together in pairs and which each bear a moulded part (12, 14) can be displaced in relation to one another along a moulded-part guide. On a clamping frame (50), which is separate from the moulded-part carriages (22, 24), clamping devices (82, 84) are assigned for clamping the moulded parts (12, 14) together. The clamping frame (50) can be moved to and fro between an operating position, in which it surrounds three pairs of moulded parts (12, 14), and a rest position, in which it releases these moulded parts. Three additional pairs of moulded parts (12, 14) are arranged on additional moulded-part carriages (22, 24) outside the clamping frame (50) as long as the latter surrounds the first-mentioned moulded parts (12, 14). The clamping frame (50) is, in its rest position, in which it is pivoted away upwards from the first-mentioned moulded parts (12, 14), displaceable parallel to the moulded-part guide (30) and subsequently pivotable into a new operating position, in which it surrounds the additional moulded parts (12, 14), and these are then clamped together by the clamping devices (82, 84). <IMAGE>
