Plastering and protecting strip (18) for window frames (8), door frames or the like at the junction with plaster (46, 48), having the following features: (a) the strip (18) has a base region (20) which is provided on its rear side with an adhesive band (16) for fastening the strip (18) on the window frame (8), door frame or the like; (b) the strip (18) has, projecting away from the front side (52) of the base region (20), a first web (21) and a second web (22) which extend at intervals along the strip (18); and (c) the invention provides a strip-shaped protective tongue (24) which is attached, via a break-off material bridge (44) of low thickness, to the base region (20) of the strip (18), the first web (21) being the web nearer the protective tongue (24), characterised in that (d) in the end region (60), of the first web (21), more remote from the base region (20) of the strip (18), the outer surface (62, 66), directed away from the second web (22), of said first web (21) is located at a reduced distance from the second web (22). <IMAGE>

Anputz- und Schutzleiste (18) für Fensterstökke (8), Türstöcke oder dergleichen am Übergang zu Putz (46, 48), mit folgenden Merkmalen: (a) die Leiste (18) weist einen Basisbereich (20) auf, der an seiner Rückseite mit einem Klebeband (16) zum Befestigen der Leiste (18) an dem Fensterstock (8), Türstock oder dergleichen versehen ist; (b) die Leiste (18) weist von der Vorderseite (52) des Basisbereichs (20) wegragend einen ersten Steg (21) und einen zweiten Steg (22) auf, die sich beabstandet längs der Leiste (18) erstrecken; und (c) es ist eine streifenförmige Schutzlasche (24) vorgesehen, die über eine Abbrech-Materialbrücke (44) geringer Dicke mit dem Basisbereich (20) der Leiste (18) zusammenhängt, wobei der erste Steg (21) der der Schutzlasche (24) nähere Steg ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, (d) daß die dem Zweiten Steg (22) abgewandte Außenfläche (62, 66) des ersten Stegs (21) in dem dem Basisbereich (20) der Leiste (18) entfernteren Endbereich (60) des ersten Stegs (21) einen verringerten Abstand von dem zweiten Steg (22) hat. <IMAGE>
