Hand controller for an operator stand or seat, in particular for stationary or mobile handling gear, in which a rest (34) for the forearm is provided at the side of a standing or seating area for the operator and an adjusting member which can be taken hold of by the hand is provided above the forearm rest, the actuation of which adjusting member controls several analogue switching channels, if need be via a signal converter, the adjusting member being a shield-shaped gripping element (10) which extends between the ball of the thumb and fingers and over which the hand can reach or which can be taken hold of from above between fingers and thumb and is at such a height above the rest (34) that the hand can easily reach over it when the forearm is resting on the rest (34) and that a guide (36) guides the gripping element (10) approximately in one plane in such a way that it can be actuated essentially from the finger joints and/or from the wrist. <IMAGE>

Handbetätigte Stellvorrichtung für einen Bedienungsstand bzw. -sitz, insbesondere für stationäre oder mobile Förderzeuge, bei der seitlich einer Steh- oder Sitzfläche für die Bedienungsperson eine Auflage (34) für den Unterarm und oberhalb der Unterarmauflage ein von der Hand ergreifbares Stellorgan vorgesehen ist, dessen Betätigung mehrere analoge Schaltkanäle steuert, ggf. über einen Signalwandler, wobei das Stellorgan ein zwischen Handballen und Finger sich erstreckendes von Hand übergreifbares bzw. zwischen Finger und Daumen von oben erfaßbares schildförmiges Griffelement (10) aufweist ist mit einer Höhe oberhalb der Auflage (34), daß es bei auf der Auflage (34) aufliegendem Unterarm von der Hand bequem übergriffen werden kann und daß eine Führung (36) das Griffelement (34) annähernd in einer Ebene führt derart, daß es im wesentlichen aus den Fingergelenken und/oder aus dem Handgelenk heraus betätigbar ist. <IMAGE>
