The subject of the invention is an insole which on its upper side has profilings for exerting a massage effect on the foot tissue. Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Einlegesohle, die an ihrer Oberseite Profilierungen zum Ausüben einer Massagewirkung auf das Fußgewebe aufweist. Erfindungsgemäß sind die Profilierungen als Noppen (2a) ausgebildet und in speziellen Bereichen (2) der Sohlenfläche angeordnet, wobei diese speziellen Bereiche nach Gesichtspunkten der Reflexzonentherapie zur Aktivierung bestimmter Organe ausgewählt sind. <IMAGE>
