Device for exhausting a gas component, such as moisture or the like, from a cooking space of a large-kitchen device or the like, in which, close to an essentially vertical housing wall (1), a radial blower is arranged, the drive shaft of which passes through the housing wall, characterised in that the housing wall (1) has close to the circumference of the radial blower a housing opening (10), and that there is provided close to the circumference of the radial blower a partition (42) for deflecting a part of the flow generated by the blower onto the housing opening (10). <IMAGE>

Vorrichtung zum Abführen einer Gaskomponente, wie Feuchtigkeit oder dergleichen, aus einem Garraum eines Großküchengerätes oder dergleichen, in dem nahe einer im wesentlichen vertikalen Gehäusewand (1) ein Radialgebläse angeordnet ist, dessen Antriebswelle die Gehäusewand durchsetzt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gehäusewand (1) nahe dem Umfang des Radialgebläses eine Gehäuseöffnung (10) aufweist; und daß nahe dem Umfang des Radialgebläses eine Trennwand (42) zum Umlenken eines Teiles der durch das Gebläse erzeugten Strömung auf die Gehäuseöffnung (10) vorgesehen ist. <IMAGE>
