Abstract (en)
The subject of the present invention is a device for the repair on-site of inaccessible conduits or ducts and a method for restoring using the same. Repairing device characterised in that it essentially consists of a set of at least four inflatable cylindrical elements (1, 2, 3, 4) of short length, joined together by spacers (5) articulated (5) by means of universal joints and joined by means for supplying inflation fluid and clogging product (7') under pressure, as well as by traction and/or retraction means, respectively to injection and actuation devices arranged at the surface and provided with corresponding control devices, the said set of elements (1, 2, 3, 4) making it possible to define a permanent chamber (10) for the injection of clogging product (7') under pressure into the conduit or the duct (11), allowing their continuous and complete repair as the said assembly progresses, and this also, if necessary, being at the level of misalignments (12), internal projections (13), openings of secondary ducts (14) or elbows (12'), whilst keeping the injection chamber (10) full of clogging product (7'). <IMAGE>

La présente invention a pour objet un dispositif de réparation in situ de conduits ou de canalisations non visitables et un procédé de réhabilitation mettant en oeuvre ledit dispositif. Dispositif de réparation caractérisé en ce qu'il est essentiellement constitué par un ensemble d'au moins quatre éléments (1, 2, 3, 4) cylindriques gonflables, de faibles longueurs, assemblés entre eux par des entretoises (5) articulées (5) au moyen de joints de cardan et reliés par des moyens d'amenée de fluide de gonflage et de produit colmatant (7') sous pression, ainsi que par des moyens de traction et/ou de rétraction, respectivement à des dispositifs d'injection et d'actionnement disposés en surface, munis de dispositifs de contrôle correspondants, ledit ensemble d'éléments (1, 2, 3, 4) permettant de délimiter une chambre d'injection (10) permanente de produit colmatant (7') sous pression dans le conduit ou la canalisation (11), autorisant leur réparation complète en continu au cours de la progression dudit ensemble, ce également, le cas échéant, au niveau de déboîtements (12), de protubérances internes (13), d'embouchures de canalisations secondaires (14) ou de coudes (12'), en conservant la chambre d'injection (10) pleine de produit colmatant (7'). <IMAGE>
