The invention relates to a method for making weakenings in the lid material of press-through packs made of pure-grade thermoplastics, containing a bottom part with one or more compartments, depressions or cups and with a lid attached at the edge of the compartments, depressions or cups, the lid material (10) being provided in a rotary punch (11) with weakenings on the inside or, near the edge, on the outside of the sealing surface, surrounding a compartment and connecting the bottom part and lid material, or above each compartment on the lid. The invention also relates to an apparatus for making weakenings in the lid material of press-through packs. <IMAGE>

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Anbringen von Schwächungen im Deckelmaterial von Durchdrückpackungen aus sortenreinen thermoplastischen Kunststoffen, enthaltend einen Bodenteil mit einem oder mehreren Fächern, Vertiefungen oder Näpfchen und einem randständig der Fächer, Vertiefungen oder Näpfchen angebrachten Deckel, wobei das Deckelmaterial (10) in einer Rotationsstanze (11) innerhalb oder randnah ausserhalb der Siegelfläche, welche ein Fach umgibt und Bodenteil und Deckelmaterial verbindet oder über jedem Fach am Deckel mit Schwächungen versehen wird. Die Erfindung betrifft auch eine Vorrichtung zum Anbringen von Schwächungen im Deckelmaterial von Durchdrückpackungen. <IMAGE>
