Abstract (en)
The combustion air is supplied to the combustion chamber (3) as primary air and secondary air via a throttling arrangement (10). A slide (21) provided with slots (23) is actuated either by hand or time-dependently by motor-moved adjustment members. The primary air is supplied via a frame to the underside of the furnace grate (25). The secondary air passes via two vertical ducts (30) arranged inside the combustion chamber (3) into a transverse duct (34), from which it flows out in a preheated state through slots downwards into the combustion chamber (3). As a result of this air guidance, the combustion process can be optimised, the harmful-substance content of the waste gases can be reduced and the efficiency can be improved. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Verbrennungsluft wird der Brennkammer (3) als Primärluft und Sekundärluft über eine Drosseleinrichtung (10) zugeführt. Ein mit Schlitzen (23) versehener Schieber (21) wird entweder von Hand oder zeitabhängig durch motorisch bewegte Verstellorgane betätigt. Die Primärluft wird über einen Rahmen der Unterseite des Feuerrostes (25) zugeleitet. Die Sekundärluft gelangt über zwei im Innern der Brennkammer (3) angeordnete Vertikalkanäle (30) in einen Querkanal (34) aus dem sie im vorgewärmten Zustand durch Schlitze nach unten in die Brennkammer (3) ausströmt. Durch diese Luftführung lässt sich der Verbrennungsvorgang optimieren, der Schadstoffgehalt der Abgase verringern und der Wirkungsgrad verbessern. <IMAGE>
