Abstract (en)

[origin: WO9209631A1] Monoclonal antibodies which specifically bind to human nerve growth factor receptor, human truncated nerve growth factor receptor, monkey truncated nerve growth factor receptor, and which do not significantly bind to rat or chick nerve growth factor receptor, and hybridomas which produce these monoclonal antibodies. Also provided are assays which utilize these monoclonal antibodies to determine the presence of human nerve growth factor receptor or human truncated nerve growth factor receptor in a test sample, and asssay kits containing these monoclonal antibodies.
