Abstract (en)
The longitudinal slitting machine for a web of material, especially a web of corrugated cardboard, has at least one cutting knife which is arranged on one side of the web of material and is supported by a holding support which can be displaced transversely to the web of material. There is present on the other side of the web of material at least one countersurface, which can be displaced transversely to the web of material, for each cutting knife. Furthermore, there is present a vertically adjustable guiding support, which is arranged transversely to the web of material, for each holding support for cutting knives. Each cutting knife (10) is fixedly connected to the countersurface (15) by means of a rigid connection part (20) which penetrates the web of material (2), is aligned with the knife and is arranged downstream of the cutting knife in the running direction of the web of material. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Längsschneidmaschine für eine Warenbahn, insbesondere Wellpappenbahn, weist wenigstens ein, auf einer Seite der Warenbahn angeordnetes Schneidmesser auf, das von einem quer zur Warenbahn verschiebbaren Halteträger getragen ist. Auf der anderen Seite der Warenbahn ist wenigstens eine quer zur Warenbahn verschiebbare Gegenfläche für jedes Schneidmesser vorhanden. Ferner ist ein quer zur Warenbahn angeordneter, höhenverstellbarer Führungsträger für jeden Halteträger für Schneidmesser vorhanden. Jedes Schneidmesser (10) ist über ein die Warenbahn (2) durchdringendes, starres Verbindungsteil (20) mit der Gegenfläche (15) fest verbunden, wobei dieses Verbindungsteil mit dem Messer fluchtet und in Warenbahnlaufrichtung gesehen, dem Schneidmesser nachgeordnet ist. <IMAGE>
