Abstract (en)
The invention relates to a smoke detection device in the area of aircraft interiors. The device may be arranged in a countersinkable manner in the area of a lining of the interior and has at least one smoke detector. The smoke detector is surrounded, at least in certain areas, in the region of its extent extending into the lining by an enclosing shell. The enclosing shell has an inflow opening, facing towards the interior. To form a smoke trap, a bottom region of the enclosing shell extends substantially on the same level as that on which a smoke inlet opening of the smoke detector is arranged. The enclosing shell tapers from the inflow opening in the direction of the smoke inlet opening for the alignment of a smoke flow. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Rauchmeldung im Bereich von Innenräumen von Flugzeugen. Die Vorrichtung kann im Bereich einer Verkleidung des Innenraumes versenkbar angeordnet werden und weist mindestens einen Rauchdetektor auf. Der Rauchdetektor ist im Bereich seiner sich in die Verkleidung hineinerstreckenden Ausdehnung mindestens bereichsweise von einer Einfassungsschale umschlossen. Die Einfassungsschale weist eine dem Innenraum zugewandte Einströmöffnung auf. Ein Bodenbereich der Einfassungsschale erstreckt sich zur Ausbildung eines Rauchfanges im wesentlichen auf einem Niveau, auf dem auch eine Raucheintrittsöffnung des Rauchdetektors angeordnet ist. Die Einfassungsschale verjüngt sich ausgehend von der Einströmöffnung in Richtung auf die Raucheintrittsöffnung zur Ausrichtung einer Rauchströmung. <IMAGE>
