Abstract (en)

A transport container which is particularly suitable for the collection, interim compacting and transportation of refuse has a shell whose cross-section increases in an axial direction in order to facilitate the emptying of the compacted refuse at the further end. At least the two container side walls are formed from jacket shells 15 in the form of partial cylinders, each of which is welded by its lower edge to the oblique inner leg 13 of an angled rail 12. The angled rails 12 are, for their part, fixed parallel to the axial direction on a base plate 11. The weld seam of the lower edge of the jacket shell rises from one end of the container to the other along the inner leg 13, as a result of which the cross-section widening toward the rear is obtained. <IMAGE>

Ein Transportbehälter, der sich insbesondere zum Sammeln, zwischenzeitlichen Kompaktieren und Transportieren von Müll eignet, weist einen Mantel auf, dessen Querschnitt sich in einer Axialrichtung vergrößert, um die Entleerung des kompaktierten Mülls am weiteren Ende zu erleichtern. Mindestens die beiden Behälterseitenwände werden von teilzylindrischen Mantelschalen 15 gebildet, deren jede mit ihrer Unterkante am schrägen Innenschenkel 13 einer Winkelschiene 12 angeschweißt ist. Die Winkelschienen 12 sind ihrerseits parallel zur Achsrichtung an einer Bodenplatte 11 angebracht. Die Schweißnaht der unteren Mantelschalenkante steigt vom einen Behälterende zum anderen längs des Innenschenkels 13 an, woraus sich der nach hinten erweiternde Querschnitt ergibt. <IMAGE>
