Abstract (en)
A description is given of a shuttering for shuttering end surfaces (1c) of two neighbouring concrete structural-part portions (1) of predetermined thickness (D), having a sheet-like shuttering wall (3) containing an expanded-metal panel (3a, 3b). The shuttering further contains a seal (4) which spans a joint between the two structural-part portions (1). In order to protect the expanded-metal panels against corrosion, it is proposed that the expanded-metal panel (3a, 3b) be designed such that it is narrower than the predetermined thickness (D) of the structural-part portion (1), an interspace, in which a concrete covering strip (12, 13) is arranged, remaining between at least one free edge (10, 11) of the expanded-metal panel (3a, 3b) and an outer surface (1a, 1b) of the structural-part portion (1), and the concrete covering strip (12, 13) exhibiting a cutout (12a, 13a) for receiving the free edge (10, 11). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Es wird eine Schalung zum Abschalen von Stirnflächen (1c) zweier aneinandergrenzender Bauteilabschnitte (1) vorbestimmter Dicke (D) aus Beton beschrieben, die eine flächige, eine Streckmetalltafel (3a, 3b) enthaltende Schalungswandung (3) aufweist. Die Schalung enthält weiterhin eine eine Fuge zwischen den beiden Bauteilabschnitten (1) überbrückende Dichtung (4). Um die Streckmetalltafeln gegen Korrosion zu schützen, wird vorgeschlagen, die Streckmetalltafel (3a, 3b) schmaler auszubilden als die vorbestimmte Dicke (D) des Bauteilabschnittes (1), wobei zwischen wenigstens einer freien Kante (10, 11) der Streckmetalltafel (3a, 3b) und einer äußeren Oberfläche (1a, 1b) des Bauteilabschnittes (1) ein Zwischenraum bleibt, in den eine Betondeckungsleiste (12, 13) angeordnet ist, wobei die Betondeckungsleiste (12, 13) eine Aussparung (12a, 13a) zur Aufnahme der freien Kante (10, 11) aufweist. <IMAGE>
